Credit And Debit Cards

We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Switch, Solo and Electron cards (with an issue number) in payment, but please note we cannot accept, American Express or Dinners Club. To ensure the privacy of your information, your personal and card details are transmitted from your PC to our servers using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption making it safe from fraud and hacking. These details are then encrypted and stored securely in our database to provide the highest level of possible security.

Credit card transactions will appear on your statment as 'Netbill'.

Shipping
Delivery will be via Royal Mail. We can ship to most destinations i.e., Europe, Australasia, Hong Kong, Canada and The US, etc.

Standard shipping time from order to delivery in the UK is 5 - 7 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) but please allow up to 14 days before contacting us in the case of non-delivery.

All DVD's normally include hard plastic Amaray style case and in most instances, full artwork - if you do not require either of these please specify this in the order comments. DVDs ordered without Amaray cases will be delivered in plain cardboard sleeves in our normal padded envelopes.

Your privacy is very important to us and all packaging is completely discreet in a plain padded envelope with no external markings or indications of the content of the package.

Please note: if you order more than one title they may arrive as several individual packages and, therefore, on different days.



Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong title from us please return the item to us securely packaged and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of non-faulty products under any circumstances once shipped. We can only replace items with the exact same title.
